Mary was Awesome! She was patient, kept us updated and always providing us with necessary information. She informed us on new listings daily, and she was always available to us with questions or just being able to show us a home when we requested. If we had questions or concerns she’d get that information for us rapidly. She wasn’t pushy either. Mary was terrific and knowledgeable! We certainly gained a friend!

This was my fourth home purchase since 2012. Mary Ann is by far the BEST real estate professional I have ever met, and I’ve interviewed and used a few over the years. She’s not only a realtor but a Broker as well and was able to rescue our home purchase from two other lenders that were not able to get us over the finish line with our VA Loan. Not only did we have hurdles of our own to overcome but we also had to deal with a hostile and unpredictable seller and an inexperienced sellers agent who dragged our escrow out for almost two months. Mary Ann proved her expertise through cool and deliberate communication, thoughtful and generous actions and a firm determination to get us to the closing table. I wish I could say it was easy and stress free… it was not, however Mary Ann made it OK in the end and that’s all that matters. Who you choose to represent your interests and write your loan matters. Choose wisely. Choose Mary Ann!

As a young Active Duty military member, I have finally gotten to the point where I could purchase my own place after getting stationed in the Los Angeles area. After randomly finding my current residence and attending an open house, I knew within 45 minutes that I NEEDED to live there. I had no clue where to go so I first started reaching out to Veteran friendly mortgage companies knowing I would need the financing to get started. I got linked up with Mary Ann through this company and the process went from a hopeful dream to a reality right around the corner. Immediately Mary Ann set up a private showing for me during the week so I could take a longer look at the place, walked through the offer process, and had an offer approved within 8 days of it coming to market! She knows how VA loans work and was not scared or daunted by it at all. There were many nights or mornings I would text or call her freaking out over an email I had received needed an electronic signature or something. She calmly explained everything to me making sure I knew what I was signing, standing up for me when needed with the seller. I still maintain contact with her and would love to introduce others to her looking to purchase a place of their own!

Mary Ann is so nice, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond! She worked with my husband and I as we attempted to buy a house that was For Sale By Owner. When that owner didn’t want any agents involved, Mary Ann still looked over the contract for us, knowing that we would not be able to include her in the sale. We ended up not purchasing that home, but when we decided to look again, we immediately called her. She met with us numerous times to check out the house we ultimately bought. She was very accommodating, and helped guide us through the process. My husband is a veteran, and we wanted to use the VA to acquire our loan. Mary Ann is very well informed with the logistics of using the VA. She made the entire house buying process so seamless and stress-free. Not to mention, she is also an incredibly kind individual. I had just given birth and undergone a non-related major surgery when we met. She noticed I was in pain, so after our meeting, she went home, retrieved a heating pack and healing lotion, and came back to drop them off for me to use. She is just so great all around, and I highly recommend her!
